I've seen the new Air New Zealand desks in T1 (Zone R) but don't know when they are moving over there. Easiest way to go from T5 to T1 once you've cleared customers head over to the Heathrow Express platform and take the train 1 stop to T1, 2, &3 (free of charge). IIRC, sit towards the front of the train (as this is nearer the exit to T1).

If you're flying Y or aren't able to check in online you're probably best leaving 3 hours to connect.

A few more questions:

1. I think Air New Zealand will be in T1 as of july-08 http://airnewzealandpromotions.com/u...l-one-map.html,

What is easiest method of travelling from T5-T1 with luggage?

2. I assume that when we arrive from CDG at T5 we have to clear immigration and go in again? Is that right?
