I have just had to rebook a trip DEN-LHR because I found that the lowest fare was S. Q was not much more and I have a few SWU's I can use. What I find very frustrating that many of the web sites (including UAL) do not show you class of service. All these tools to save the airline money and then you need to resort to calling and re-booking.
