Can I just ask why none of us seem to be willing to pay for the ability to upgrade, even just a little? The last time I bought and ORDLHR fare in W, it was $40 over the S fare. I don't expect to be upgraded to business class if I only paid $169 to London. H is another matter but right now, S to W is the difference. S class (in the Atlantic) seems to have only shown up after the $198 - $249 fares to the Atlantic became commonplace. Honestly I can understand them saying no upgrades on that. That barely covers costs in coach let alone business.
