I flew from T4 (though not in F) last week after 6 consecutive flights in and out of T5 and the overwhelming impression is that the whole operation at T4 is now grubby, tired and shabby. In short, it's very clear that it's a winding-down operation, and I imagine this extends to the CCR. This is no surprise: with the exception of the QF codehsares, BA should have vacated the terminal by now.
In terms of quality and design and (most) operational aspects, T5 is a huge transformational improvement. Maybe I'm jumping the gun, but I'm pretty convinced that I no longer want to fly out of any another London terminal after experiencing T5.
I haven't been to either, but from what i've read on here the difference between the T4 and T5 CCR is substantial, as you might expect.
