Hello, everyone I've heard in the past that a Costco Executive membership card waives the underage(21-24) surcharge when renting from Budget. However I've called budget and Costco and they both said that NO underage fees are waived. I used the Costco Executive code BCD A017600. By the way on the Costco Canada web site it says in writing that this code waives the underage fee but I think it only applies to Canada. So has anyone had experience with using Costco codes...and do any of them waive the underage fee? I've run dry trying to find some way to avoid paying underage surcharges.
