After being rerouted from ZRH to LHR due to bad weather in MUC for a flight to BOM , I had the opportunity to try the famed CCR. What a dump!
Chipped old furniture, staff shouting at each other across the room, busy and depressing, disinteredted miserable looking dragons- didnt have the decency to reply as I said goodbye to them as I left

Maybe Im spoiled by the FCT in FRA or even the FCL in ZRH, where the staff are generally excellent, but this comes nowhere close.
I wish I could just say it was the lounge that let BA down, but I then had the most mediocre F flight I have had in long time.Indifferent service, poor food. I'll be sticking to LH in future.
