A one-year multiple entry?! As far as I was aware, they had stopped giving these out. From what I knew, they were only issuing single or double entry visas (based on your itinerary).
Did you give any special circumstances why you required multiple entry? Were there any special questions asked in order for you to obtain the multiple entry? You still had to give your flight details in and out and your hotel details?
