I had someone from AC call me the week before last as well about an incident I had reported over a month ago. It was a very cordial call, which resolved the situation to my satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised, and she actually left me her name and callback number in case I had any other troubles with the airline.

All in all, a huge improvement from the status quo. Bravo, AC!
