I was at the FedEx office at CAE today filling out a form to mail a package when a US TA walks in with a suitcase. Apparently she was returning a mishandled bag to California...not sure the details though. Pretty sad when a company that owns planes needs to pay a shipping company to return a bag to a passenger. After the US TA left I asked the FedEx guy if any airlines ship luggage via FedEx. He said no other airline has ever done that.
