I'm trying to figure out it I lost my 2008 MVPG Guest Upgrade Coupons, or if I never got them. It's probably the former, but with the various switches to electronic perks, coupons requested from the website, etc., I wanted to check.

Did the 2008 coupons go out through the mail like previous years? Were they shipped with the 2008 Gold cards? I kind of lost track.
