I've done it in J, twice this year, and F, once last year. Food is light on take-off, then breakfast before landing. I have to say it is one of the worse breakfasts you get on BA - chicken sausage, dreadful egg something, etc. Best eat in town first, don't eat on the flight and have a good sleep, then eat in the arrivals lounge...
