Don't know the exact terminology and legal intrepretation, but doesn't the interior of a plane represent private property? Working off that assumption, the property owner is well within their rights to forbid video and still photography taken within the confines of their property, correct?

Example: If I'm taking pics of the interior of a plane from public property using a high powered lens, its OK. Once I step onto the private property (the plane door) it's not?.

Any FT photogs care to chime in?
