Agreed; however, got 100% of miles flown on an LH intra-Europe E fare last winter (used MP number for miles accrual.)

Edit: Any time I've flown LH and used MP to accrue miles, I've received credit for full mileage flown despite the fact that LH may limit its own M&M'ers to a flat mileage accrual.
