I've read on here and heard from CSD's the Soft Product will be improved this summer. I was also told that the seats would become softer as many PAX complain W seat is way too hard for a long flight. (I agree wholeheartedly).

No idea how they will achieve softer seats without taking planes out of service.

BA really need to shapen up the W product tho.

I've posted this on numerous occasions: The WT seat I find more comfortable to sit in.
