According to the purser on my last flight, BA is shortly to start an enhanced offering in WT+ due to passenger feedback. All he knew was that noise reduction headsets were going to be offered. All this apparently as the competition with 'premium economy' is fierce and BA need to respond. It will be good to see if WT+ finally starts to offer a 'plus' service!
