I believe they do / did helicopter tranfers from NCE to Monaco! I thought maybe they were a previous user of the 'EC' designator, but most lists seem to have 'EC' as some outfit in Uzbekistan.

OpenSkies (EC) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BA.
