What I get out of this thread: Underage pax carrying permitted amounts (as in permitted to fly per FAA/TSA regs, not necessarily permitted to own by state law on either end of trip) of under 70% booze simply need to put it in a checked bag. Even if the bag gets opened and manually searched in the back room by the TSA, the screener has no idea of the age of the passenger that owns any particular bag and it flys, no problem.
