Stayed there recently on a business trip. I don't know if I was upgraded to a suite but I had 2 rooms in my hotel room. Check in was quick but they had problems cashing a check for me. Arcade stores were empty and felt deserted. Had dinner at the bar and food was good. Valet parking in the morning took a long time. Overall, a decent Hyatt.
