I don't think having this information is a bad thing. I have never invoked the 100% guarantee in ~1000 nights (maybe once??, although I think it was a cancelled reservation and not the 100% guarantee), in any rate, if they see you never invoke it, or they are few and far between in which you have, then if you complain about a bad stay and want to invoke the guarantee, I think they will be more inclined to do so. On the other hand if you have invoked it 10 times recently, they may determine you are a serial complainer perhaps.?? And as the one person stated, only some employees get to see this data.
