My predictions:
Amount of time before the first FT member calls them on it: 2 weeks.
Amount of time before PH gets Starwood to recognize them as a resort: 2 months.
Amount of time before PH realizes that because they have conferences booked virtually 365 days a year, that it doesn't matter and they can offer 4pm checkout subject to availability: 2 weeks + 1 hour.
