This happened to me when I had an overnight connection at SFO. I brought it up to the sevice agent and she agreed to correct it. several months later my statement arrived pulling 2 HK49s and 2 500 mile certs. So much for customer service. I called MP and they were unable to assist me,As a IK million mile flyer,I assumed everything was OK. Please, check you account and verify. It's too late for me.
