Brasilia, I have flown over 1 1/3 million seat miles on United and have been a "TrueFlyer" 1K for eight of the past 10 years with UA (1P for two before that) and I can tell you as many of my own stories as you like. I am not knocking United in toto; things were pretty good there for awhile. But the idea that UA values all 1Ks the same is not supportable. Unless I misunderstood you and you were trying to say that they consider all of us no more than useful idiots.
