I wonder if Pinnacle performance was any worse than COMAIR? What percentage of delays was WX, over which Pinnacle has no control?
While I don't have specifics on 9E's contract, uncontrolable factors do not count toward their DCA performance agreement.
As far as OH vs 9E.....that one is a toss.
