Buses leave from Cairo on Sundays and Thursdays at 8 pm and tickets cost 318 LE. This is around 43 euro. East Delta doesn't have a website and their buses are neiter clean nor safe (this is an understatement). I am also a single woman who will do this trip somewhere in March (but by plane).
