I guess it's good to see at least ONE thing go down in price while everything else is going up.

That said, this isn't exactly much of a change in refueling policy. I was expecting to see something that said, "must show proof of fill-up within 10 miles" as has been required at some stations for awhile. This is just a change in their refueling charges.
