I just bought a ticket today, at KLMs ticket office in São Paulo. I asked to get my preferred seat, and got to see the screen that the agents see. It has several codes: V, ., + and a blank space, if I remember correctly. "." means available. But the agent was a bit confused regarding V,+ and the blank space. Can someone tell me what they mean?
