Agree, in general. Coupled with insulting remarks about the intelligence of a CS rep who, it appears, was giving correct information- it does raise doubts. There's usually an obvious difference between typos and poor command of the written language, though. (By the way, there should be an apostrophe in "another's intelligence.")
You are, of course, entitled to the "fundamental beliefs" that you espouse; they may not be shared by all, however.
