To be fair, DL, like all other businesses in the US now, is being forced to do more with less. I find that when I fly DL, I am not feeling un-safe, un-comfortable, or asked to do anything that I believe I should not have to do. Have I been brainwashed?.. Maybe so, but I still find it acceptable to fly DL for the price, and often get rewarded for being loyal. DL (and the other airlines) do a much better job at rewarding my loyalty than do most retail programs that I have to carry some plastic proof of loyalty for.

That said, I wish I had my own Gulfstream, stocked with premium food and liquor, hot FA, and run on my schedule. Until that day, DL does me pretty good.

Looking for Cuts and Enhancements, you have to be fair. There have been both, Cuts out of necessity due to rising labor and fuel costs, Enhancements used to placate me while I absorb the Cuts.

I hope this list looks at both sides......
