Greetings. I have a general question and thought someone might know the answer to this. I seemed to have read that there were companies out there that could help you redeem your miles by finding seats that the normal person could not find. If so, I need a URL for some of these companies so I can contact them and initiate a search. If I am mistaken, then my apologies.
