DL Plat, covered above (20) however the cheapening of booze not covered.
tara, eep in mind that the 777's were mostly delivered before 9/11 and had inseat power. Food and drink has been up and down over the years in B/E, it is definately on the up, but it has been there before. Blankets and pillows in BE are definately superior. Leather seats a re a neutral as ultimately they are much cheaper overall for airlines, hence why most LCC's use them. Flat seats on a/c are nice, but lets really talk about them 2010/11 when they are throughout the fleet.
dweeb, really has nothing to do with the thread, as one can easily pay $2500 cross country today and not have paid that 15 years ago. Or one can go back to 30 years ago at the cusp of regulation. Or one could point out that DL and the other big carriers have eliminated half their costs.service on the same mythical $300 which you cite.
