I too am frustrated because the award calendar does not match actual availability. This happens more often than not. In fact, I have called the elite line to inquire if awards were available as indicated in the calendar, thinking that perhaps seats were available, but indeed they were not. The award calendar is worthless in my mind.

Yes; when not logged in, sometimes no or a few options appear. After I log in, options often (but not always) increase.
