I doubt that 2 cpm has really been achievable in the last few years.
Most folks reporting this kind of price were using e certs to discount the cost and often the runs start in Podunk with positioning costs not being factored in.
Add in oil at $138 and I think 4-5 cpm would be more realistic as a goal these days.
That said, 10 cpm is very high.
