The regulations just got tighter too. The zone where components can be mounted is now between 700mm and 1200mm off the floor...
Had a similar experience when buying some train tickets from a machine - you use the main screen on the machine, but then some instructions appear on a secondary screen next to the pin entry buttons. Only trouble is that if you're of a certain height and stood close to the machine, you can't see there is a secondary smaller screen.
Couldn't work out why nothing happened with the transaction, but felt a right wally when I stepped away and saw what the problem was!
