AFAIK the Royal Palace used to be the gift for honeymooners on KLM and as such the Waag replaced it in the 90's or so.

We did not get the Waag on our honeymoon - in fact even though the reservation mentioned that we were on honeymoon, they changed our seating so we were seated far apart - and we corrected that at the gate - but I called customer relations after our return and they sent us the Waag then.

The Palace is sometimes available on places like Ebay.
The contents are not listed anywhere, and it seems to be about the same - just more air I think. We kept them sealed so I can't check.
