I may book with one card and decide to pay with another, upon check-in. I prefer that you ask for it. Heck the Ritz-Carlton does it!!!
Also, Gregory has made several valid points in his first thread. For example, if your room smells or was not cleaned properly. Who do we all yell at? The Front Desk Agent! It is not his/her fault!!!
All I care about is that they have a positive attitude and attempt to solve the problem.
