When I go to the NWA website and try and book perksaver award tickets (more specifically, RT from Germany to U.S. destinations), there is a pop-up calendar that come up showing days on which perksaver is available, vs days on which only perkchoice is available, for both couch and business class. But then when I request specific dates so as to actually book the tickets on-line, almost no perksaver tickets are shown as available -- even when the dates in question are shown as "available" at perksaver miles rates on the same dates on the pop-up calendar!

Is the calendar just stale and not updated enough to be reliable, or does the calendar reflect what's REALLY available if you call the service line and ask them to start looking for award tickets, day by possible day, with all possible connections you can think of?
