I just arrived in London with a Tumi 22021 that their website says will fit the LHR sizer. I'll report back on Saturday when I go to fit it in the sizer. I will return it if it doesn't fit. This is the only suiter that any manufacturer says will fit, although some may. I just haven't found them.

My experience is that if they stop you because your bag looks big, they enforce religiously. They do not always stop but my stop rate with my TravelPro was significantly higher than 60%. . Most 22 inchers will fail in at least one dimension -- a couple of mine do. In part, the manufacturers report the size of the box, not the size of the box including wheels and handles. Yet the sizer includes both wheels and handles..
