Just renewed for the coming year. I've got about $450 in my account but then again I'm able to purchase my business travel via the website so I guess I'm lucky in that regard. But.... when this thing started off, there was plenty of talk about "Members only merchandise" offers. Well, that was true early on but lately it's been squat. I wish they would make more of an effort in that area.
