Once you clear the airside customs inspection in BKK you will be in the domestic terminal and only have access to the the domestic TG lounge(no showers that I can recall).

I suppose you could make your way to one of the Intl TG lounges before clearing customs...but I can't give you 100% confirmation of that.
But I am in transit at BKK aren't I?? There are international immigration facilities at HKT......
