Considering it only takes five tickets booked on Continental.com to get the $25 back, I don't consider it too expensive. But it all depends on your travel pattern I guess. If you're someone who only books 5-6 tickets a year on Continental's website then it's not worth as much. I wish I could use Continental's website for all of my work travel, as I'd get a ton of those $5 credits. But even having to book all my work travel through a travel agent, I still manage about $50-100/year in Travel Club credits.
