It's not anything close to resembling actual international B/E service.....but yes......a select few transcon routes out of JFK currently offer an enhanced premium cabin service.

IIRC, the routes are JFK to LAX, SFO, SEA and SAN.....with the primary differences being amenity kits and most importantly IMO.....ice cream.

The ice cream is perhaps the best aspect of the enhanced service.....as on a JFK-SEA flight last month....I was served a very delicious ice cream 'truffle'.....consisting of vanilla ice cream surrounding a raspberry filling and totally covered in a chocolate shell (made it resemble a very large chocolate truffle).
