Is this because you need them to cut zip-locks on your baggage?
Nail clippers won't cut through the zip-locks either.

My post was originally intended to be a mere "heads up" for customers stuck with zip-locks thay couldn't bypass to get into their own luggage upon arrival at their interim city.
Any and all complaints regarding this issue should be directed to the TSA and not your individual carrier.
