Additionally, the criteria for unaccompanied travel was further defined for passengers with mobility disabilities as someone who is able to “physically” assist in their own evacuation. The previous wording was sometimes interpreted to mean that verbal direction was sufficient.
Most of the changes seem good, but this one is not clear enough to me yet. Perhaps the ACAA itself will be clear enough, but I'm not getting it from the above sentences.
