Personally, I don't see the fast track as being worth $540 more than E+ alone. However, E+ access is worth every penny.

As Mrs 21H and I fly UK/US regularly we normally make 2P without too much problem, except when we burn miles. That's when E+ is worth it for just one TATL flight ($87.50 per person per flight for a 10 hour flight).
