The lines at In-N-Out are usually, ime, 2-10 minutes long, and the wait for the food to be cooked a minimum of 5 minutes.
I was actually able to do this on the 2nd attempt. First time the inbound AC (which turned) was 50 min late thus meaning we'd turn as quick as possible.
2nd time we were 10 min early so I had 65 minutes.
Exited the terminal (the DL gate was the FARTHEST from the exit) after seeing the security lines were non-existent. Went outside, got a taxi. 2 minute drive. Waited ~ 5 min in line. Got my double double animal style, taxii'd back (total fare was $10) and went through security in 1 minute. Was back at the gate in under 30 minutes and right as they were boarding zone 1!
