HI Express SEATAC refuses to take PC Giftcard
Hi. I was planning to use the Priority Club branded American Express giftcard for my hotel stay at the HI Ex at SEATAC. When I checked it, I provided my PC Visa for incidentals and told them I was going to use the gift card balance and put about $30 on my Visa and was told fine.
When I went to check out the next day, I was told the hotel doesn't accept the PC giftcard "because they have been burned with it". I tried to explain that they could check the balance and also had my Visa card but to no avail. Has anyone had this problem?
