mail.af-klm.com = Scam?

Is the message from <[email protected]> offering 250 miles from signing for some golf promotion a scam?

It reads: " Flying Blue Golf, enrol for free and earn 250 Award Miles

The mail links to a webpage that looks a bit like a real promotion, but then the links on the page (e.g. Terms and Conditions) link to irrelevant (i.e. general, not directly related to the alleged promotion) pages on AF and KLM pages.

All in all there is something that looks very fishy, but I cannot put my finger on it.

Even more confusingly, it seems to have the authentic name and Flying Blue membership number, but then it asks again for those details, as well as date of birth, address and plenty of stuff that a genuine FF programme would already have in database.

Anyone?

P.S. <Edit> Of course, it's about who has my details and how/why, not the 250 miles.
