I have to agree with you...the STL Hilton is not great. Last time I stayed there was about a year and a half ago and I wouldn't be inclined to stay again given other HH choices. Intereting, I don't remember the maze factor.

Didn't have the buffet breakfast but I did sit for lunch and although I was probably one of four tables there (i.e. not busy at all), the service was incredibly slow (but the waiter was very nice). I want to say it was like, a 45 minute wait for a salad or sandwich or something silly like that.

Also during my stay they had a kitchen fire so everyone had to evacuate. Hey, better safe than sorry!
