Here's the word... if you have a J or F ticket on SQ... forget the SK lounge! Stick with the Thai Royal Orchid or First lounges...

You have to go OUTSIDE the lounge and down the hall ~50m to use a public restroom as there is none in the lounge the food isn't that great and the agents really didn't know what gate the flight was departing from, etc.
