I'm headed to a destination in southern Palm Beach county. PBI is slightly closer than FLL. At FLL, I know I can just walk to the rental cars from the terminal (after paying an exhorbitant usage fee). If I fly into PBI, are the cars also at the Terminal, or do I have to take a shuttle bus?
